Pana & I started eating at 'P' when it first opened some 12 years ago as the owner, Panicos, is a friend of Pana and Pana's shop is just around the corner.

Ok - when you think of Cyprus and a Cyprus salad you think of; fetta, cheese, olives, tomatoes, olive oil and a few other things. List below of 'some' of the ingredients used at 'P' to make your mouth water and realise, this really is a world class salad restaurant and one you just have to visit.
